Transmissions collects the email address you submit so The Meridian can send a confirmation request and, after confirmation, email updates. Active subscriber state is stored with Resend, the email service provider.

Email open and email link-click tracking are disabled for Transmissions. Limited request information may be processed to prevent automated abuse.

The Meridian uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the public website. Google Analytics may collect information including pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, and a pseudonymous client identifier stored in first-party cookies.

Google processes this information to provide site-usage analytics. The Meridian does not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.
